Terms and Conditions to Govern
These terms represent the complete agreement between the parties. No changes to these terms are valid unless made in writing and approved by an authorized representative of Our Team. If any provision is declared invalid by a court, the remaining terms will still be valid.

Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to written price verification by Our Team. Shipment of goods does not constitute acceptance of the price.

Substitution
Our Team reserves the right to substitute a similar product of equal quality and function without prior notice. Buyers must declare if substitution is not allowed when requesting a quote or placing an order.

Price
Quoted prices are valid for 10 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices may be changed by Our Team if government regulations establish lower prices. Orders may be canceled due to price changes.

Transportation
Our Team will select the carrier and routing, and will not be liable for any delays or additional transportation costs.

Packing
Our Team will comply with minimum packing standards. Special packing requests by the Buyer will be paid by the Buyer.
